A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Isabel Koller, Ringel Days by Isabel Koller, Sommerau 2, 9108 Gontenbad, Switzerland, Tel.: +41789215090, Email: hallo@ringeldays.ch) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
