Payment

(1) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the payment due date is determined according to the calendar, the customer shall automatically be deemed in default if the payment deadline is missed.

(2) The customer may make payment via PayPal, direct debit or credit card.

Shipping

(1) The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer in the order form and shall be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises any applicable right of withdrawal.

(2) We only deliver within Switzerland.

(3) For orders with a total value of less than EUR 79, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.90 (including VAT).

Delivery Times

(1) Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the date of our order confirmation (§ 3 (2) of these General Terms and Conditions), provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance.

(2) If the product specified by the customer in the order is temporarily unavailable, the provider shall also inform the customer of this without undue delay. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract. In such a case, the provider shall also be entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded without undue delay.

(3) The following delivery restrictions apply: The provider only delivers to customers whose habitual residence (billing address) is located in one of the following countries and who are able to provide a delivery address in the same country: Switzerland.
