Payment

(1) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the payment due date is determined according to the calendar, the customer shall automatically be deemed in default if the payment deadline is missed.

(2) The customer may make payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, UnionPay and TWINT.

Shipping

(1) The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer in the order form and shall be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises any applicable right of withdrawal. If the withdrawal is exercised only after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs charged.

(2) We only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

(3) For orders with a total value of less than CHF 79, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5.90.

(4) In the event of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Delivery Times

(1) Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the date of our order confirmation (§ 3 (2) of these General Terms and Conditions), provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance.

(2) If the product specified by the customer in the order is temporarily unavailable, the provider shall also inform the customer of this without undue delay. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract. In such a case, the provider shall also be entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded without undue delay.

(3) The following delivery restrictions apply: The provider only delivers to customers whose habitual residence (billing address) is located in one of the following countries and who are able to provide a delivery address in the same country: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
